From Left to Right (Top to Bottom): Interwoven, Rusty, Dull Plasma, Silent, alive, Bling, Chrystaline, Scale,Delicate, LalaLand, Fiberous. The top textures are created with a lightness to compliment the flying structure. Because the idea of floating architecture came from the mystical city Laputa, I produced several symmetrical textures to echo the simple geometry of 'Old World Glamour.'
From Left to Right (Top to Bottom): Dark, Pours, Pop, Oily, Sexy, Hairy, Rough, Fractured, Corrugated, Directional, Grated, Squeeze. Middle textures are created to provide an transition from the mostly geometric top textures to the mostly organic below ground textures.
From Left to Right (Top to Bottom): Constant, Spongy, Fuzzy, Complex, Shiny, Contrast, Natural, Bubbly, Lumpy, Fragmented, Dirty, Tessellated. The below ground textures are created to compliment the dynamic fish-like structure in the aquatic environment.
